To provide the best training experience and respect the time of our coaches and other goalkeepers, the following cancellation policy applies to all scheduled sessions:
Parents/guardians will receive a confirmation text or email approximately 24 hours before the scheduled training session.
Once this confirmation has been sent, we ask that you notify Paulo Pita Goalkeeper Academy as soon as possible if your goalkeeper will not be able to attend.
If a goalkeeper does not attend the scheduled session and no cancellation notice is provided, the session will be considered a NO-SHOW.
No-show sessions cannot be rescheduled, credited, transferred, or made up. The session will be considered used.
We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can happen and will review those circumstances individually when appropriate.
By booking and confirming a training session with Paulo Pita Goalkeeper Academy, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
Thank you for respecting our coaches’ time, our training schedule, and the other goalkeepers who may be waiting for an available training spot.
